Bulk send Christmas Cards and gift cards for FREE

This year, we're offering a free option to send Christmas Cards and gift card to all your employees or clients. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

• The batch must use one of our festive designs
• You need to be sending to at least 5 recipients
• Each card must include a gift card with a minimum of £5/$5/€5 depending on your currency
• All cards need to be sent on the same date and before the end of the year

1. Create a Batch and select a festive card

Head over to our create batch page https://groupcards.app/batch/create and select "Bulk Cards"

You can then select the holiday season/festive category and pick a design:

3. Add Recipients

Click on the Next button then on this page download the CSV template by clicking on the link.

Without editing the header row, copy in the list of recipients you want to send your cards to. Leave the delivery date blank as we'll set that to the same date for everyone later.

Once complete, save your file as a CSV or excel file then upload it on our website.

You can also manually add recipients or edit them. Make sure to add at least 5 recipients to qualify for the free cards.

4. Important! Select to send at the same time

You need to select to send your cards at the same time in order to qualify getting them for free.

You will be asked on the next screen what date you want to send them on.

5. Add a gift card

To get the cards for free, you'll need to add a gift card on the final screen. You can pick from our range of available gift cards or select the "Let them pick" gift card to give the recipient the choice when they receive it.

After selecting a gift card, enter the amount you want to add to each (min of 5).

You'll need to top up your float to at least the required balance to cover the cost of the gift cards.

5. Review and Send

Enter the send date and time, and then click Review and schedule

If you have followed all these steps, then you should see that you don't have to pay for any of the cards when sending.

Confirm sending to generate all your cards and gift cards. As long as the send date is in the future you'll also be able to customise each card individually or add more gift card contributions just like our regular cards.
